We do not take reservations for Day Play. We serve our guests on a first come first serve basis. Please be advised that capacity restrictions apply. Please arrive 15 min prior to your reservation to sign in at the front desk.  

You may not stay longer than your purchased time, due to capacity restrictions.

For Walk in Play: Only light snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. For your health and safety, no outside food or drink is permitted except for water. For Party Bookings:  You may bring your own food or drinks that must be consumed ONLY in the party rooms. Please make note of the following restrictions below: Alcohol Knives (Knife and spatula for the cake will be provided) Candy (You may provide it in the loot bags) Confetti (Chocking hazard for toddlers and babies) Open flame devices. Coffee Kettles or any other electrical appliances..

We are not a nut free facility. Most of our products do not list any nuts on their ingredient list, however we do not guarantee that they haven’t come in contact with nuts when they were packaged and shipped to us. Therefore we say that we are not a nut free facility.

Refunds will not be issued but we will be more than happy to accommodate you by rescheduling your reservation once if you notify us up to 24 hours prior to your event. Please email us at info@kidsfuncity.ca.

A waiver will be emailed to you and must be signed prior to or upon entry.
