FAQS & Policies

Welcome to Kids Fun City. We are committed to providing our guests with a safe and friendly environment. We are a family establishment with house policies relating to the admission, conduct and safety of all guests. Please read and respect the rules listed below.

  • Kids Fun City is a socks only facility for all ages, including the adults.
  • Strollers are not permitted in the facility. Carry-Ons are permitted. Stroller parking is available at entrance point.
  • A waiver is required to be signed upon entry from the parent/guardian accompanying the child.
  • Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent of guardian at all times while in the facility.
  • The parent/guardian or supervisor agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of underage guests.
  • Guests must behave courteously.
  • No loud and/or abusive language will be tolerated.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not adhering to the above stated policies.
  • We will not admit anyone who is obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
How do I book my reservation for day play or a party?2021-08-05T00:31:08+00:00

We do not take reservations for Day Play. We serve our guests on a first come first serve basis. Please be advised that capacity restrictions apply.

For party bookings please call us at 416.444.4386 during our business hours or email us at info@kidsfuncty.ca with your inquiry and our guest experience representative will be happy to assist you.

Please arrive 15 min prior to your reservation to sign in at the front desk.

 

How long can I stay in the facility?2021-08-05T00:35:31+00:00

You may not stay longer than your purchased time, due to capacity restrictions.

Is there food being served and what food or drinks can I bring from outside?2021-08-05T00:38:30+00:00

For Walk in Play: Only light snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. For your health and safety, no outside food or drink is permitted except for water.

For Party Bookings:  You may bring your own food or drinks that must be consumed ONLY in the party rooms. Please make note of the following restrictions below:

  • Alcohol
  • Knives (Knife and spatula for the cake will be provided)
  • Candy (You may provide it in the loot bags)
  • Confetti (Chocking hazard for toddlers and babies)
  • Open flame devices.
  • Coffee Kettles or any other electrical appliances..
Is Kids Fun City a nut free facility?2020-07-24T13:52:37+00:00

We are not a nut free facility. Most of our products do not list any nuts on their ingredient list, however we do not guarantee that they haven’t come in contact with nuts when they were packaged and shipped to us. Therefore we say that we are not a nut free facility.

Can I reschedule my party reservation?2021-08-05T00:41:39+00:00

Refunds will not be issued but we will be more than happy to accommodate you by rescheduling your reservation once if you notify us up to 24 hours prior to your event. Please email us at info@kidsfuncity.ca.

A waiver will be emailed to you and must be signed prior to or upon entry.
