General Job Description:

• Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
• Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, and repair activities.
• Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, and arrange for the removal of unruly patrons.
• Sell tickets/admissions and collect fees from customers.
• Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Operate machines to clean, smooth.
• Announce and describe amusement facility attractions to patrons in order to entice customers to games and other entertainment.
• Sell and serve refreshments and food to customers.
• Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods of time, constant hand use and repetitive wrist movement. Constant pulling/pushing, repetitive sweeping motion, and lifting trash can liners that may weigh 30-50 lbs
• Extensive cleaning, picking up debris, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, party rooms, sweeping and general area cleaning.
• Exhibiting strong communication skills
• Answering Guest questions and constant interaction 

General Job Description:

• Greeting Guests entering and exiting the location
• Checking-in Guests to the Facility
• Operating a computerized point-of-sale system (POS register) .Using computerized reservation systems
• Answering Guest questions regarding Kids Fun City’s admissions and/or packages.
• Strong cash handling skills
• Memorizing multiple types of party/admission packages as well as other information
• Maintaining high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Physical demands include walking/standing, constant pushing/pulling up to 10 lbs, frequent bending/twisting/kneeling, and constant use of hands
• Maintaining calm during complex and fast-paced situations
